The Essence of the Role

• You will quickly build trust with clients and take the lead as the main contact person for a group of clients
• We will teach you our sales process and over time you’ll be responsible for bringing in clients, right from their initial ‘Strategy Call’ through to becoming a client, we call ‘Inspire Family’
• You will have a team under you (a Senior Accountant, Accountants and Client Services Coordinator) to support you to deliver the work to your clients
• You’d be a call or email away from the clients if they needed help

The Client Manager Role

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

Delivery of Clients' Compliance Work:

• Working with your own team of accountants, both onshore and offshore
• Looking after 55~ of our business owner clients
• Responsible for the delivery meetings, such as Annual Tax Delivery Meeting and our Tax Planning process

Engage in Advisory Work:

• Business Valuations
• Business Structuring and Restructuring
• CFO Advisory services

Additional Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the work of your team of accountants
• Opportunities to grow your own client base
• Build relationships with our referral partners

Support We Offer:

• We have a dedicated reviewer who is a second set of eyes on all jobs
• Access to tax specialist services for complex tax matters
• Regular (often weekly) technical, advisory and soft skill training

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification and have at least 4-5+ years or more of work experience in public practice accounting. You’ll have your CA out the way, and we'll support you to get your tax agent license.
