Talenza has been engaged by a leading organisation to source an experienced Reporting Analyst (Data Insights) to support a large ongoing program focused on data & analytics, specifically reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team, collaborating across multiple workstreams to deliver meaningful data insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics Support:

• Gather and analyse data related to key actions within the workstream.
• Provide ongoing support for data-related requests coming into the team.
• Conduct data exploration and analysis to extract meaningful insights.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of reporting initiatives.

Reporting & Insights Communication:

• Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting to support business decision-making.

Project Execution:

• Complete individual tasks within the expected time frame while maintaining quality.
• Support reporting-related activities within the broader data & analytics program.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar data insights role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data trends.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Benefits:

• Daily rate: $610 per day (inclusive of superannuation)
• Hybrid work environment (WFH/Office flexibility) - 3 days in office
• 12-month contract with potential extensions
