Service Advisor – Automotive | 4-Day Work Week | Kippa Ring

About the Role

MyAutoHub is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Kippa Ring, QLD. This role is perfect for someone with a background in a dealership or independent workshop, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of exceptional customer service and sales.

We offer a 4-day work week (Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm), giving you three-day weekends every week, plus a competitive salary with incentives for upselling and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, answering enquiries and ensuring they understand the service process.
• Provide accurate quoting and invoicing in a sales-driven role.
• Schedule and manage service appointments to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Handle data processing, including updating vehicle information, CRM notes, and parts invoices.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, technicians, and other departments.
• Work closely with the workshop to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Identify upselling opportunities, offering additional services to enhance customer value.
• Address customer concerns professionally, following up to ensure a positive outcome.
• Uphold MyAutoHub’s reputation for quality service, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent workshop.
• Strong sales and upselling skills, with confidence in explaining repairs and recommending services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, ensuring accurate quoting and scheduling.
• Familiarity with automotive service processes and workshop operations.
