About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at East Coast Commercials Acacia Ridge to support the growth of our newly established Used Vehicle and Mobile Service programmes and support the service department.

A little about You

Do you have:

• Proven experience in a fast paced service centre as a Service Advisor or possibly may suit a Workshop Controller wanting to step up to this position
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service whilst under pressure
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and computer skills
• Have experience in processing warranty claims is an advantage but not essential
• A current Open Manual Australian Drivers License, (HR or MC preferred, but not essential)

A little about the Role

Responsibilities include:

• Professionally welcoming customers, booking appointments and being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
• Accurately recording all data required from booking to handover and effectively communicating all work required
• Handling customer queries in a professional manner
• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders efficiently
• Co-ordinating the pickup, cleaning and delivery time
• Process warranty claims as required
• Organise all incoming stock transport
• Carry out the background admin and checks required for internal stock transfer.
• Co-ordinate with the UVR Manager about incoming stock number requirements
• Manage OEM builder’s stock
