The Role
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Order Packing and Inventory Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be packing and dispatching customer orders with care and precision. Attention to detail is critical, as our products are delicate and require careful handling.

When not packing orders, you’ll assist with:

• Labelling and organizing stock.
• Putting away inventory.
• Helping maintain an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established packing processes to ensure items are packed securely and accurately.
• Use platforms like Shopify and Australia Post systems for order fulfillment.
• Meet daily packing targets while maintaining quality and speed.
• Label and restock inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in order fulfillment and working with platforms such as Shopify and Australia Post.
• Fast and efficient work style with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge or experience in jewellery-making (e.g., courses, studies) is a bonus!
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
