Job Description
Process Mapping: Assist in documenting project workflows to enhance efficiency.
Meeting Coordination and scheduling management: Schedule and document key discussions, decisions, and action items for internal and external meetings. Coordinate project-related activities, meetings, and site visits.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as a key contact for stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
Invoice Processing: Manage invoice tracking and processing, ensuring timely payments and budget alignment.
- Document Control and Spreadsheet Management:: Organize and maintain project records, budgets, timelines, and milestones, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Essential: Driver's license and willingness to obtain Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
A Diploma or Degree in Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in construction or capital projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
A proactive approach, using initiative and anticipating potential challenges.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
