Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) has an opportunity for a Capital Projects Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and coordination of specific capital projects. You will also support the School Infrastructure Team and assist the Team Leader in managing and executing these projects.
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the Building Conditions Assessment (BCA) program, develop school building maintenance plans, and assist in reviewing maintenance contractors. You'll create training materials for CEWA staff, manage a school facilities database through Power BI, and support the team with asbestos and bushfire plan management. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence for capital projects, updating project status databases, and participating in meetings to address relevant project issues. Other duties may be assigned by the Team Leader, Planning and Capital Development.
This is a full-time, ongoing position located in West Leederville.
