Title: Full-Time Medical Receptionist - Eaton & Australind Medical Centres

We are currently seeking a professional, empathetic, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic teams in Eaton and Australind, Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare sector and wanting to contribute to the smooth operation of our practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized scheduling system.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.
• Process billing and payments, and assist with medical insurance claims.
• Maintain patient records and ensure the accuracy of all data entry.
• Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar role is highly desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with medical software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Available between the hours of 7.30am - 9pm Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays
• Only full time position available at this time
