Are you a friendly, reliable receptionist with a passion for making a positive impact on families? Baby Steps is a centre for specialists in baby, child and parent health. We are looking for a warm, experienced receptionist to become an essential part of our team.

About the Role

• Full-Time/Part-Time hours available.
• Welcoming Family-Run Centre: Be the first and last smile patients see, creating a warm atmosphere for our families.
• Fast-Paced & Rewarding: Use your skills to manage a busy waiting room, think on your feet, and make each day meaningful.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a medical practice – skilled in delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy practice.
• Exceptional people skills – a calming presence with compassion, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
• Medical software proficiency – familiarity with Best Practice software is highly preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities – staying organized and focused amid a busy schedule.
• Attention to detail and communication – articulate and professional, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Advanced computer skills – with proficiency across various systems and applications.
• Clear and courteous telephone manner – ensuring patients feel valued and understood.
• Team-oriented and collaborative – dedicated to positively supporting the team and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.
