The Role
In your first months you might expect to:
- Inspire more Australian women to participate in physical activity
- Educate and encourage Australian women in leadership positions
- Raise awareness for a leading Australian vitamin brand
- Generate a series of engaging Instagram and Facebook posts that fulfils the briefs to:
- Review the client’s feedback on their quarterly content calendar and make the requested changes before submitting it for final approval
- Plan your monthly workload, allowing ample time in the third week to meet deliverable deadlines, whilst adhering to the allocated hours budget
- Identify an emerging content trend and proactively set a meeting with your client to recommend how it could be leveraged
- Familiarise yourself with Quiip's branding guidelines to support the Marketing team with content for a quarterly LinkedIn campaign
- Finesse the layout of a government pitch deck in Microsoft PowerPoint to highlight Quiip’s service offering in a visually compelling manner
- Attend a fortnightly meeting via Google Meet to touch base with other team leaders and workshop emerging issues

The Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a senior social media and/or content creation role
- Experience in agency account management or a client-facing role, with proven success in fostering positive client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, photo editing, short-form video editing, copywriting, document design, and preparation of content calendars with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; and business software such as Google Suite, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, Asana or similar project management tools
- Understands the Australian social media landscape, social media platforms, emerging content trends, popular content types and required dimensions
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft high quality, engaging copy for different audiences and formats
- Effective time management, ability to appropriately prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to work autonomously and asynchronously as part of a remote team
- Australian citizenship, residency or appropriate work permits

The Deal
- Contract: casual with a view to permanent part-time after 12 months
- Hours: dynamic and flexible, but approximately 10-15 hours per week which may be weighted across the month depending on deadlines
- Location: this role is fully remote
- Salary: between $44.50 - $47.50 per hour exclusive of superannuation, commensurate with experience
- Starting: April 2025
