As we continue to grow both nationally and internationally, we seek someone who can build an engaging social media presence while also helping with the day to day duties of the business and creating engaging content.

About the Role:

This role is a mix of strategy and creativity! You’ll be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging UGC-style content, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo. If you’re obsessed with trends, have a strong eye for design, and know how to turn followers into customers—this is for you

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop and execute engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest.
• Plan, film, and edit UGC-style videos and static content to boost engagement and sales.
• Stay ahead of trends and create viral content that resonates with our audience.
• Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages
• Assist with planning of the marketing calendar, campaigns & activations.
• Contribute to generating creative ideas and strategies.
• Management of Social media content creation + management: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Scheduling of social media.

Analytics & Strategy

• Track content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage online reputation, reviews, and feedback.
• Work closely with the team to align content with brand goals

• Plan, create, and send email campaigns that convert.
• Create engaging graphics and GIFs using Canva or Adobe tools
• Assist with graphic artwork for websites & EDMs
• Create content & design for bi-weekly EDMs.
• Process and pack customer orders
