The opportunity has become available for an experienced Event Planner to oversee the Events portfolio at Aria Restaurant!

The Role

The Event Planner will be responsible for all event planning activities across the Aria Restaurant and other venues, from the initial enquiry to planning & execution, ensuring there is a memorable experience with every guest.

As Event Planner, your day to day responsibilities will include event planning and scheduling, the organisation of all events from enquiry, planning & execution, consulting with service providers & suppliers, invoicing, building relationships with clients and working with our venues to create bespoke events for our guests.

With hospitality & events in your DNA, your flair for event planning, your eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills will be ignited here. Having worked within reservations or events within the hospitality industry, you will be well equipped to hit the ground running.

Previous experience managing a busy events desk for a fine dining or elevated restaurant or hotel brand is desirable but not essential.
