Due to company growth, we are on the lookout for a Design Administration Manager to support our Interior Design team.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Design Administration Manager to provide essential support to our Design Manager and a team of three Interior Designers.

In this crucial role, you will ensure the smooth execution of design projects by managing logistics, documentation, and communication across the Solotel Design & Styling team, suppliers, makers, operations and venue managers.

This dynamic role offers a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing furniture and product inventories for each venue, managing paint and repair schedules and adhoc administration to the team. You will also be responsible for scheduling trades and services, sourcing and researching items, and supporting monthly reporting, budgeting, and planning.

Having worked as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a dynamic Design Studio or creative office, you will bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to hit the ground running. Advanced or intermediate MS Office skills is essential, coupled with your own car/ drivers licence for travel between venues.
