Front of House Manager

Lead a Front-of-House Team That Delivers Exceptional Service!

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable experience at Vikings.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Front of House Manager, you’ll oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of wait staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Provide training and coaching to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment.

Customer Experience & Operations

  • Manage function and restaurant bookings to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to uphold high food quality standards and timely service.
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive repeat business.
  • Support the development of sales strategies to maximize restaurant performance.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and staffing levels to optimize operations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with guests and team members.

Organisational Ability: Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership Drive: A passion for team motivation and achieving service excellence.

Sales Experience: Experience in sales or upselling is desirable but not essential.

Adaptability: Ability to manage both the bigger picture and daily restaurant operations.

Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster.
