About You
The Operational Support Officer for SRSS (Status Resolution Support Services) will provide high-quality operational and administrative services to support the Head of SRSS and their respective leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate, organise and coordinate workflow through email and diary management, prepare and manage all correspondence, and meetings, take minutes at key meetings and liaison with all SSI offices.
- Assessing and prioritising requests to facilitate the optimal use of the executive’s time.
- Coordinate media and speaking engagements by managing inquiries, and invitations and liaising with Marketing and Communications staff to prioritise opportunities and make recommendations to the Head of SRSS
- Draft and prepare correspondence, collate relevant reports, papers and materials, prepare high-level PowerPoint presentations, and speeches and undertake research to support meetings and speaking engagements.
- Gather, collate and provide background information to the Heads of to support informed decision-making and planning.

Essential Criteria
- Qualifications in business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a personal or executive assistant role working directly with a senior manager.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage up
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal communication and highly developed interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- High-level customer service and attention to detail
- High-level written communication skills
