Workfast is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians on a water treatment plant installation project in Sydney, NSW. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for consistent work with excellent pay and hours.

Location: Sydney, NSW
Pay Rate: $85 per hour (Flat Rate)
Hours: 50–60 hours per week
Project Duration: April 1, 2025 – May 13, 2025

What You Need:

• NSW Electrical Supervisors License
• EWP License (Elevated Work Platform)
• Working at Heights Certification
• LVR/CPR Ticket (Low Voltage Rescue & CPR)
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on an infrastructure project
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines
• Availability for the full project duration

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating electricians on-site
• Ensuring all electrical installation works are completed safely and efficiently
• Laying and terminating power cables to motors, local field isolators, and distribution boards
• Laying and terminating control cables to field instruments, junction boxes, and PLC panels
• Conducting point-to-point testing of all cables
• Working with power cables, comms cables, control panels, junction boxes, instruments, electrical equipment, and cable trays (all supplied on-site)
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines
