We are searching for a hands-on electrical supervisor to take charge of our internal electrical team who look after the service, maintenance and installation of residential and commercial solar and battery systems. We have some amazing projects in the pipeline, and this is an exciting time to be joining the team. You will be a key part of Plico's operations, and you will be supported by a management team of experienced electricians with industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform solar and battery installations and service work following industry best practices and safety guidelines.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide expert recommendations.

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Keep abreast of industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and enhance your skills.

Exhibit a strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.

Provide adequate supervision of electricians and apprentices.

Coach, guide and mentor team members.

Perform the electrical nominee duties for the business as required.

Required qualifications and skills

WA A-Grade Electrical License.

WA Driver's License (Manual).

Electrical Contractors License and In-House Nominee

SAA Accredited Solar and Battery Installer.

Working at Heights.

White Card.

Be capable of working within a team.

Package

$75 - $85 per hour + penalties

Maintained work vehicle.

Laptop/Ipad/Phone.

Allowance for your own solar + battery or battery only system.
