Due to recent growth, we now have an opportunity for a highly motivated Administration & Customer Service Assistant with 2-3 years experience, to join our Gold Coast team based in Nerang.

Working in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and customer focused tasks to support the efficient running of our Gold Coast distribution facility.

Reporting to our Senior Administrator, your duties will include:

• Take and enter phone sales orders
• Prepare & print daily invoices for customer deliveries
• Serve customers & process payments
• Create and update customer profiles & orders
• Answer phone enquiries & resolve issues
• Respond to email enquiries in a timely manner
• Process customer credits & investigate errors
• Extensive liaison with drivers, warehouse teams and account managers
• Assist with stock control & food safety related administrative tasks

• 2 - 3 years experience in an administration role
• Ability to multi-task, be organised and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative & data entry skills
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Intermediate level computer skills (incl. MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
