About the Company

Davidson has partnered with a leading company in the Food Retail sector that requires temporary administrative support in their Murarrie office. This organisation is well-established and fast-paced, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills to contribute to their operations on a short-term basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the administrative team, the Part-Time Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk activities while assisting with finance-related administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception duties and general administrative tasks
  • Placing and organising the weekly Woolworths office supply order (Monday mornings)
  • Reviewing, approving, and reconciling expenses using Smart Data
  • Monitoring and addressing email queries related to Smart Data
  • Generating and uploading expense reports in Dax
  • Downloading and processing travel tickets and invoices
  • Preparing expense reports through Navan (travel system)

This role requires three days per week, with preferred office days being Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with flexibility to adjust to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday if required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or finance support
  • Proficiency in expense reconciliation and processing travel invoices (experience with Smart Data, Dax, or Navan is advantageous)
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently
  • A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
