About The Position

We're looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service, mentor staff, and elevate the guest experience in one of Rutherglen's premier venues. Position Description

* Ensure exceptional service is provided to all guests efficiently, including promptly addressing any guest enquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise.
* Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive hospitality experience for guests.
* Supervise a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards.
* Assist in developing and implementing staff training programs and delivering associated training as required.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering, storage, and maintenance of stock.
* Undertake cost-effective rostering and team resource planning aligned with forecast bookings and budget.

Position Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
* Strong ability to lead, train, and inspire a team.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry standards.
* Confident with online booking systems/hotel reservation systems.
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
