Penfold Projects are on the hunt for an experienced Leading Hand/Foreman to join the Brisbane crew!

To be successful you must have the following:

• A current driver’s license
• A current Construction White Card
• Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable)
• Experience in landscaping construction industry
• Significate landscaping/construction experience (Cert III Landscape Construction highly regarded)

Tasks and Responsibilities (Leading Hand/Foreman):

• 2+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar
• Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specifications
• Efficient, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staff
• General day-to-day management and supervision of a job site including managing a team
• Measuring, calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as required
• Reading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specifications
• Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
• Communicate effectively & efficiently in a professional manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
• Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
