• Coordinate all trades and materials across jobs.
• Order materials and be the main point of contact for Supervisors.
• Have proven experience within the residential construction industry.
• Have exceptional organisation skills and time management.
• Understand the building process and be able to interpret plans.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Have a high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
