About the role

• Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, maximising outcomes while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance
• Manage program and construction look-ahead to meet project milestones
• Prepare project contract reporting
• Develop procurement planning and manages suppliers and subcontractors
  Identify and manage project risk
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with key project stakeholders
• Create a culture of safety, efficiency and accountability
  

About you

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a construction management role at a Fortune 500 real estate development company
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Superior computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Excel, Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese building materials and home furnishings markets.
• Experience with large residential projects (300+ units or 10+ floors) is required.
• Sound knowledge of construction project delivery systems
