We're looking for a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager who’s keen to take ownership, drive projects, build client relationships and become an integral part of the team. This isn’t a cog-in-the-machine role – it’s an opportunity to make an impact, work directly with clients, and to be a key asset in the business in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading projects from concept to completion
• Building deep relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Oversee all the usual things to keep a project in good health– scope, budget, program, quality
• Management of the Consultant Team during Pre-Construction Phases
• Administering contracts as Superintendent
• Leading projects teams in a collaborative and impactful way creating an environment where the consultant and construction teams can do their best work - where the magic happens!

Who You Are

• An experienced, self-driven project manager (over 5 years in Client-Side PM)
• Confident in managing multiple projects & key project stakeholders
• A natural problem-solver who thrives on ownership and autonomy
• Comfortable with contract admin, procurement, and design management
• A leader who knows how to motivate a team and get results
• You want to join a group of creative thinkers who dream big and deliver bigger!
• You have a hunger to learn, to teach, and to collaborate and share knowledge with the team
