About the role:
As Team Leader - Development, you will provide expert leadership and guidance to a team of development planners, ensuring the efficient and accurate assessment of development applications.

Duties

• Lead and mentor the development planning team and review Development Applications.
• Hold pre application meetings with customers to streamline submissions.
• Timely processing of Section 10.7 Planning Certificates
• Facilitate mediation for complex Development Applications and provide advice to the Development Manager.

Skills and experience

• Qualifications in town planning or related field.
• Extensive development planning experience and leadership. ( Atleast 4 years and above)
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation.
• Expertise in complex application assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
