We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join a global tech leader . This is a contract role with a focus on supporting sales teams, managing escalations, and driving search optimization strategies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering high-quality results, and building strong relationships across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Sales Account Team with tasks like creating and analysing Excel reports, surfacing optimization opportunities, and developing Power BI dashboards.
• Acting as the go-to contact for managing escalations, gathering details, assessing business impact, and coordinating resolutions with partner teams.
• Using a ticketing system to track requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Reviewing account health and proactively recommending search optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on new product releases and reporting functionalities to enhance deliverables.
• Contributing to process and tool innovation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–2 years in digital media, sales, or customer service roles, with experience in Microsoft and/or Google platforms.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, data analysis), Power BI, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Microsoft Advertising Certification (or equivalent experience) is highly regarded.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
