About The Role:

As a Digital Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Sales & Marketing team, overseeing social media strategy, content creation, and digital advertising. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple wildlife and nature attractions, crafting engaging content and enhancing the CaPTA brand’s digital presence

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-time (32 Hours per week)
• Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract
• Start Date: Immediate
• Remuneration: Amusement, Events and Recreation Award – Grade 4 – Base Rate $27.17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content for platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Oversee social media engagement by working with Social Media Champions and frontline staff to capture ad-hoc content.
• Execute direct consumer marketing campaigns, including email marketing (EDMs) and targeted advertising.
• Optimise website content and support marketing campaigns.
• Analyse digital marketing performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising, campaign execution and video editing capabilities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with website content management (preferred but not essential).
