Customer Service Manager

An experienced ecommerce or retail Customer Service Supervisor is required to help lead and support our service team and delight our customers.

The Role will entail:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Supervisor motivated to deliver successful and delightful outcomes for our ecommerce customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the customer service team
  • Liaising between the service team and other business units
  • Product training
  • Upskilling team members
  • Quality management
  • Benchmarking, KPI setting, and reporting
  • Managing and implementing software and technology

A Successful Candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum 1 years experience managing or supervising a team
  • Confident and engaging communication style
  • A genuine passion for delivering top shelf service to our customers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience using and optimizing customer service platforms (zendesk, freshdesk, etc)
  • A proven track record for developing systems that improve quality and efficiency
  • A passion for cars and the automotive industry
