As a Data Scientist within our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating closely with business areas and project teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

You will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge data science solutions, primarily using Azure technologies, and work within a governance and security framework.

Key Duties:

• Work with business areas and project teams to deliver innovative data science solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with supporting technical teams to ensure seamless delivery within agreed governance and security parameters.
• Contribute to the creation of project and design documentation, including detailed designs, technical configuration documents, and build guides.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Azure Data Scientist Certification (Desirable)
• Minimum 2 years design and working knowledge in Azure Machine Learning. Deep understanding of ML models, Model training, validation and implementation of such models for scoring/ inferencing.
• Proven experience delivering data science solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to apply judgment and critical thinking.
• Previous experience working in government sectors and collaborating within small, agile project teams.
