About the Role:

As the Principal Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading the maintenance, development and implementation of business intelligence and performance reporting systems. You will provide high-level strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders on data-related matters, ensuring that data processing and reporting meet quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the processing, extraction, analysis and presentation of data in a cloud-based environment.
• Prioritize business requirements with the leadership team.
• Develop and implement innovative cloud-based business intelligence solutions.
• Ensure data processing and reporting meet quality standards and timelines.
• Lead data governance activities by reviewing and updating processes and methodologies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Knowledge of the strategic direction of the organization and ability to develop business intelligence tools.
• Technical skills in the processing, extraction, analysis, and presentation of complex data within a cloud-based environment, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver quality-controlled performance information within tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication, collaboration, negotiation and presentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is beneficial.
