Work close to home with easy parking and public transport available.
Providing PA and accounting support to a Partner the role covers:
- Diary management
- Preparing invoices
- Collating tax returns
- ATO liaison
- Lodgement of tax returns
- Banking
- Data entry
- Answering phone calls
- Scanning and filing
- Relief reception
Experience required includes:
- Minimum 3 years administration experience with an accounting firm
- Experience with MYOB or other accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail
