    - Skyco Group is looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Managing Director’s calendar – Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle emails and communications – Filter important messages, draft responses, and manage correspondence.
  • Run personal errands – Assist with tasks outside the office.
  • Assist with content creation and social media – Film and help coordinate content for Skyco’s branding.
  • Support with basic office tasks – Organise documents, track deadlines, and assist with office coordination
    .

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable filming basic content or willing to learn.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling tools, email management, and office software.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary based on experience: $50,000 – $60,000.
