They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strata Manager to oversee and enhance the management of a diverse portfolio in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a proactive achiever with a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of strata legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and contractors to promote effective communication and community engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects for managed properties.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting minutes to owners’ corporations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strata management or a related field.
• Strata Management License or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and regulations in Victoria.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
