They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team, offering a competitive salary of up to $130K AUD, to help them continue delivering exceptional results for their clients.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager's role at GSS involves overseeing the recruitment process to attract top talent who share the organization’s values, managing employee relations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and implementing performance management systems that drive excellence and innovation.
Job Duties Include:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws, including redundancy procedures.
- Provide guidance to the organization on HR policies and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Develop and manage performance management systems to align with organizational goals.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Australian wage laws, and represent the company in liaison and negotiations with unions regarding work conditions, including pay.
- Develop HR strategies, track policies, and ensure they are always updated, along with their execution and annual review.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through various initiatives, including supporting the team in implementing HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and data protection laws.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and complete all relevant safety and compliance training.
- Stay informed on changes in Australian employment legislation, ensuring the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Your Profile:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are a must.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, demonstrating the ability to manage and lead HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
