We are an Australian commercial waste and recycling management business delivering an unparalleled value proposition to customers looking for a different approach from their waste services provider.
About this Role
If you’re a high-performing salesperson from the waste management industry (preferred but not required) or other industry, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building on our existing success by continuing to grow sales (new business) and handling business ongoing development.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, gather and target leads.
- See the sales process through to close.
- Act as a primary relationship owner for ongoing customers.
- General activities to maintain and grow revenue.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities.
Other
- Other duties as deemed necessary by the Company from time to time.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven track-record with all aspects of selling (sourcing leads, prospecting and signing).
- High level of self-organisation, motivation and independence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and develop effective working relationships especially with customers.
Desirable:
- Experience or knowledge of the waste management sector.
