Role Overview:
As the VIC New Business Development, you’ll be responsible for driving BottleCycler’s growth in Victoria by partnering with venues to streamline glass waste management and promote sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify, target, and engage prospective venues, bars, and precincts across the Geelong, Mornington Peninsular, Yarra Valley and Metro Melbourne.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase BottleCycler’s benefits, including efficient glass waste management, access to Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) rebates, and operational improvements.
- Build a robust pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Victoria clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Represent BottleCycler at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate our profile in Victoria’s hospitality sector.
Regional Market Development:
- Develop tailored sales strategies for key regions (Geelong, Mornington Peninsular, Yarra Valley and Metro Melbourne.).
- Drive growth and meet sales targets through focused regional initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality & waste management sector.
- Digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate BottleCycler’s value proposition.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Passionate about sustainability and innovative environmental solutions.
