A Tier 3 builder who specialise in commercial and high end resi projects are looking for an experienced all round Foreman to join the business. They are continuously winning work and are looking for a Foreman to add to the team. Working on a $40 mil commercial project located in Double Bay.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the project
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis
• Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles

About You

You ideally have worked on commercial projects as a Site Manager or Foreman. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders on the projects.

• Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $20m
• Previous experience with Tier 2 or well known T3 construction companies
• Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
• Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
• Desire to advance into a Site Manager role in the future
• Proven experience completing projects start through to completion
• Proven longevity at past businesses
• A can do and positive attitude
