With a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are looking to expand their portfolio and bring on an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities.

Salary & Compensation:
$180,000 - $200,000 + super

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to support ongoing growth.
• Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in key commercial sectors.
• Manage tender and proposal submissions in collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality, competitive bids.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and align business development efforts with industry trends.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including project management, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.

To be successful, you must have:

• Proven business development experience within the commercial construction industry, working for a head contractor.
• Strong knowledge of the Victorian construction market, including key players, regulations, and project opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to secure and maintain client partnerships.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Business, or a related field are highly regarded.
