Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
Office Operations and Administration:
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a productive and organised work environment.
Implement and maintain office procedures, systems, and policies to optimise efficiency.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Staff Management and Support:
Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
Provide training and guidance to support team development and performance.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks as needed.
Financial and Record Management:
Oversee basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Communication and Client Relations:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s professional image.
Manage incoming inquiries and correspondence efficiently.
Support management with reporting, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Business Support:
Assist senior management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and business operations.
Monitor and improve office processes to support overall business performance and team productivity.
About You
We’re seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional who has:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software).
A problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude to improve processes and support the team.
