A commercial fit out and construction company is looking for an experienced Office Coordinator/ Office Manager to join their busy team.
We are looking for someone that is either young or "young at heart" and has has experience in the day to day running's of a office within a construction company. This role with suit either someone junior or a more experienced person that isn't afraid to mingle with a lively and vibrant team!
Here’s what your day may look like:
- General admin duties e.g. Answering calls, Maintaining stationary levels. Keeping kitchen and other office supplies well stocked etc.
- Organising team social events.
- Processing of invoices
- Assist with new starter onboarding; introductions to other staff, taking temporary corporate photo
- Vehicle fleet management e.g. Insurance renewals, booking in servicing etc.
- Booking accommodation for trades.
Your skills and experience:
- Your able to manage time-critical admin and reporting functions.
- You can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You’ve got experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction / fit out or joinery industry.
- You’re skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to spelling, grammar, and presentation.
- You’re organised and can think clearly and calmly.
- You can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Australian working rights.
What’s on Offer:
- Work with a commercial fitout company.
- Permanent, full-time position. Monday - Friday.
- Competitive salary on offer based on experience and expectations. The salary guide is $70k - $80k + super.
- Office is located in the Hills district, within a business park. There is transportation options close by and parking on site.
