About the role

Beyond Choice is seeking an experienced and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality support coordination services to clients with disability, helping them to access and utilise their NDIS funding effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive support plans to meet the individual needs of NDIS participants
• Coordinate access to a range of support services, including allied health, accommodation, and community engagement
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of funding and support
• Regularly monitor and review client progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports to clients, their families, and the NDIS
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health and community professionals
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our NDIS support services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in NDIS support coordination or a related field
• Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework and eligibility criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant tertiary qualification in disability services, social work, or a related field
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
