Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for our products/services, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for products/services based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.
• Maintain and update a database of cost information and pricing.
• Create and provide a comprehensive Bill of Materials.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of security fencing products and services is a plus.
