The role:

Our client requires a dynamic and motivated Fencing Sales Estimator at their Head Office based in Sydney's West. You will enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, strengthen existing accounts and create new ones while working on some the region's biggest and most influential current Projects.

Your main duties & responsibilities will encompass:

• Converting leads into completed sales
• Using external marketing systems to source new clientele and tenders
• Scoping, measuring, pricing works from the site and/or office
• Preparing and issuing quotations for a range of clients
• Completing tenders from the onset, to submission, then through to purchase order stage
• Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Constantly researching current trends and setting pricing accordingly to maximize profitability

About You:

• Demonstrated Fencing experience - Essential
• Demonstrated measurement experience - Particularly with rakes and angles - Essential
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to close sales - Essential
• Ability to read plans and complete tender processes - Essential
• General computer literacy - Essential
• Drivers License - Essential
• Knowledge in glass, balustrading and specialty works - Desirable
• Experience using Autocad and Sketch Up - Desirable
• Estimation sales experience is a must - Construction is Desirable
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
