Join a highly regarded financial services firm, certified as a Great Place to Work to find a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support their CEO and leadership team.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be a true right-hand to the CEO, trusted with managing key relationships, strategic communications, and playing an integral role in company-wide people and culture initiatives.

About the Role:
In this role you will be working closely with the CEO helping him stay focused on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and key stakeholder interactions. You’ll also support the broader leadership team and help keep the workplace culture buzzing by assisting with events and people initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO including calendar, travel and stakeholder liaison (including Board)
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO across a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare Board papers, correspondence, reports and presentation materials
  • Support People & Culture with company-wide engagement initiatives, including events and internal communications
  • Coordinate internal leadership workshops, town halls, and the annual company conference
  • Lead the planning and delivery of staff events that reflect and enhance company culture
  • Act as a key support and sounding board to the broader leadership team as needed
