Credit One Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance and Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team.

You will be joining one of our leisure asset dealership partners as their Finance Specialist sitting in their dealership to handle all their finance leads.

You will build strong relationships with our customers, as well as being hands on and able to fit into a team of positive, motivated and friendly professionals that all contribute to the high performing culture of our business.

Do you have?

• Proven experience as a finance broker, showcasing a successful track record of transactions.
• Current or previous dealership F&I manager
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer finance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team, consistently delivering results within strict deadlines.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the finance process from origination to settlement, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (full support provided).
• Analyse and evaluate financing options, preparing tailored proposals for leisure assets.
• Build and nurture strong client and dealer relationships while expertly negotiating loan terms for repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets rates
• Stay ahead of market trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of financing products and services.
• Maintain industry and lender accreditations.
