About the role

As a Business Manager for Finance & Insurance at Lansvale Motor Group, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing our customers with tailored financing and insurance solutions to meet their individual needs. In this full-time role based in Lansvale, you will play a vital part in driving the financial performance and growth of our dealership.

What you'll be doing

• Consulting with customers to understand their financial and insurance requirements
• Preparing and presenting finance and insurance proposals to customers
• Negotiating finance and insurance contracts to secure the best possible outcomes for both the customer and the dealership
• Maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers to secure favourable terms and conditions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing finance and insurance products
• Contributing to the overall sales performance and profitability of the dealership
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the sales team

• Proven experience in a business manager or finance/insurance sales role within the automotive industry
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A thorough understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
