Mercedes-Benz Ringwood has an exciting opportunity for a talented Finance and Insurance Sales Professional to join our team.

Our new and pre-owned passenger vehicle sales departments are now seeking an additional Finance Specialist to join our team.

You will build strong relationships with our customers, as well as being hands on and able to fit into a team of positive, motivated and friendly professionals that all contribute to the high performing culture of our business.

The successful candidate will enjoy:

Do you have?

• A minimum of 2 years dealership experience selling Finance & Insurance
• High energy, proactive, resilience with a 'will to win' mindset
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and IT skills

Role responsibilities:

• Sale of Mercedes-Benz Finance, Insurance and Car Care products
• Early involvement with our customers, offering preferential finance solutions
• Record all customer interaction data within the lead management system
• Strict adherence with all regulatory compliance measures
• Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets/penetration rates

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you must hold permanent Australian residency and a current Australian Driver Licence. The successful applicant will be required to undertake standard police checks prior to commencement.
