Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with liquor sales experience to join our team to manage our on premise growth in the Victorian market with an initial focus on Melbourne venues.

This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for the spirits industry, sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. The candidate we are seeking will bring established client relationships with purchasing officers / managers and owners at key bars, pubs and club that will give them immediate sales opportunities.

Ideally we want an individual who want’s to be part of something different, doesn’t want to work with a multinational or be constrained by a territory or management structure, and see’s the opportunity to grow with our operation by putting our products into great venues for customers to experience.

Our business has an advanced marketing function due to it’s shared ownership with the Rapid Media Group of Companies, and our sales team will be heavily supported with trade presentations and video and static sales materials built to an extremely high standard to aid their approach to new and existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Exceed sales targets for On Premise channels.

Actively promote our product range and enhance brand visibility.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Conduct product training and tasting events to engage and educating customers.

Expand distribution channels and manage existing accounts.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications:

On premise sales experience within the alcohol industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Professional presentation and positive attitude.
