About the role

DreamCourts is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Wollongong area. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced and high-performing sales team to ensure seamless sales operations and outstanding client service. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sales & sports, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with Australia's No1 in the sport court building market. The position is full time with an immediate start.

What you'll be doing

Providing essential administrative support to the sales team including:

• Sport court designing
• Supporting our trade teams with handovers
• Preparing sales quotes & invoice payments
• Supporting our accounts team
• Co-ordinating your sales teams' systems applications
• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our Salesforce CRM and monday.com
• Assisting in the preparation of sales contracts and other client-facing documents
• Handling client and stakeholder inquiries professionally and promptly
• Working collaboratively with our national team to enhance processes and improve the client experience

What we're looking for

• Sales administration experience or similar is essential
• Sales administration experience from real estate, automotive or trade related
• Strong phone, email and communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• A passion for sports, Basketball would be nice

Established in 2015 by a passionate sports lover who was looking to improve the day-to-day sports offerings of Australian's, DreamCourts has flourished into a national sports court providing company. After working with suppliers to provide their products, DreamCourts saw the need to have a tailored product to the Australian climate, and to its Australian needs. Our team worked with engineers and designers to develop and test new tile ranges that truly were a cut above.

Starting locally in Melbourne as a one man show, it was quickly understood that the market had the demand for a product that went above and beyond the standard offerings. This saw interstate jobs come thick and fast, travelling from Melbourne to complete jobs across Australia. With the business growing at a rapid rate, it sparked interest from schools and businesses who wanted these products, soon DreamCourts and the NBL became official partners after the NBL saw the value and quality of the product. With the same passion to grow Basketball in Australia, this has now grown to go from Outdoor Tile Courts, through to Professional Timber Courts with DreamCourts completing the newest NBL court for the "Illawarra Hawks" at the WIN Entertainment Centre. With the passion for sport growing in Australia, DreamCourts continue to enhance its products and product offering, because we understand that every person has a Dream, and they all should be able to fulfill it.
