Are you a proactive and organised individual with strong administrative and customer service skills? Get Skilled Training, a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is looking for a Sales & Administration Support to join our dynamic team!
About Us
At Get Skilled Training, we specialise in delivering high-quality, industry-recognised training across Australia. Our courses provide electricians, plumbers, and trade assistants with the qualifications they need to expand their skills in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
About the Role
As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and enrolment process. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, assisting with course inquiries, processing enrolments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Assist students with course information, enrolments, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM data entry
- Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and general administrative tasks
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Coordinate with trainers and internal staff to ensure seamless course delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A customer focused attitude with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales support, RTO administration, or education (desirable)
